Accessible Transit (AT) for Midland Residents

Community Reach is pleased to operate the Accessible Transit (AT) program on behalf of the Town of Midland. This service is available to any resident of Midland who cannot use the Town’s public transit due to physical, cognitive, visual or sensory disabilities.  We use town-owned accessible vehicles to provide rides for medical appointments, shopping and social activities within the Towns of Midland and Penetanguishene. 

Applications must be accompanied by a medical form completed by a medical professional such as a licensed physician, licensed occupational therapist, nurse/nurse practitioner, optometrist or registered physical therapist. 

  1. For Midland residents ONLY unable to use public transit due to a physical, cognitive, visual, or sensory disability
  2. Application form must be accompanied by a medical form
  3. For destinations in Midland and Penetanguishene
  4. Service operates Monday – Friday, 6:30 am to 5:30 pm; Saturday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
  5. Office hours for ride booking: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4 pm; Saturday 8:30 am – 1:30 pm
